Greene and Jonas were spotted over the weekend shopping at the outdoor mall and eating at the California Pizza Kitchen in Jacksonville Beach, but things got really hot in an obvious PDA way on Saturday night when the two were seen at the local Ritz Bar hanging out and making out.
"They were there with two other couples and at first went unnoticed," says eyewitness and former celebrity publicist, Jonathan Jaxson. "Then they moved to the back corner for more privacy. They were very cute together; she was caressing him, they were making out and holding hands."
While the two weren't at the night spot alone, our spy says the two only had eyes for each other.�
"After they started making out, they drew some unwanted attention," says Jaxson. "A lot of people were coming up to them and asking for pictures."
Jaxson says the couple declined pictures and since they didn't bring their own security they had to get club security to help them get one man away from them when he wouldn't take no for an answer.
The couple arrived around 10 p.m. and left only a few hours later because of the attention they were getting. "The whole bar was excited," Jaxson tells E! News. "We don't get celebrities down here very often, so it was a big deal."
So just how serious do you think these two are getting?
One source close to Greene thinks that Joe will reportedly pop the question soon! Our initial instinct: No freaking way.
Ashley's rep also says it's "completely false" Joe asked Greene's parents for permission for her hand in marriage over the weekend (as if we believed it).
Ash is way too smart to get hitched while she's at the peak of her fame. Girl is a flirt and is allowed to be!
And Joe hon, take a cue from your brother Nick Jonas, no need to settle down right away! What ever happened to casually dating? You two beauts are way too hot and fun to be off the market so soon.
So sorry folks, as much as these two are a match made in teen heaven we do not see Greene throwing on white and walking down an aisle anytime soon.
